Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bay City, Texas

We stayed at two other hotels, Days Inn and Quality and The fairfield had the best continental breakfast. Best coffee, best choices. Natalia, the Manager, went above and beyond in her hospitality, accomodating us after I made a mistake in my booking. She made an executive decision based on reason and kindness, after she wisely asked appropriate questions that helped us tremendously. I appreciate her flexibility and understanding. I found comfort in her humanity. In a world where it often feels like people no longer think logically for themselves it was refreshing to do business with a person who behaved in such a Real World way. It was obvious she cares about others and the facility. She is a shining representative of Fairfield Inn. Fairfield would be wise to encourage her to share her customer service skills with other staff. Our experience was elevated because of her hospitality skills. I also loved the Kohler shower. Classy!

We enjoyed every seconds of our stay, staff very friendly. Celine is a wonderful staff, the lady at the breakfast greets with passion and love, the room is so clean. We had paid to spend our work stay in another hotel but had a change of mind .

Breakfast was great. We checked in a little earlier than the scheduled time because the room had already been cleaned and prepped for us. The lady at the front desk was super sweet & told me what was nearby to entertain my kiddo during our stay.

Kudos to your hostess Clara. I travel from Del Rio all across South Texas Uvlade, Hondo, Victoria, San Antonio, and I have never received the hospitality that I received at your hotel. Great selection at your breakfast buffet as well. My first visit to Bay City and she was so informative of restaurants, internet service the town in general. She made my trip an amazing experience. She greeted all who would walk in as though it was her home. Bravo Clara!
